I’m Alisha Maynard, an experienced graphic designer with over 10 years of expertise in developing cohesive, flexible design systems that help brands thrive. After receiving a B.A. in Graphic Design from Indiana University, I've had the privilege of collaborating with talented teams and clients across a variety of industries to create user-friendly websites, engaging marketing campaigns, and develop brand identities and collateral.
My passion in many of the positions I've held, has always been creating cohesive foundations for brands to utilize effectively while creating structure and space for the brands to push forward and grow. There is something uniquely satisfying about building a system where all the pieces come together and create the opportunity to meet any question with an answer and a suggestion, and that flexibility gives a brand the ability to thrive with staying true to their core identity.
Now, I’m excited to bring my experience and enthusiasm to new challenges, where I can use my skills to help brands succeed and grow.
Collaborated with a team of designers, sr. designers, ABX managers and directors to create effective and brand compliant designs for 60+ of Ignitium’s clients. Designed and Implemented new brand guidelines as well as oversaw and managed all Ignitium-branded projects to ensure they adhered to the brand standards.
Worked with the Director of Store Operations to create numerous marketing campaigns to greatly improve foot-traffic and online sales for all 4 store locations. Created weekly & monthly multi-media advertisements, including newspaper, digital, gif motion graphics, print, SMS, social media, and digital menus. Single-handedly managed Social Media for stores in both Washington and Oregon.
Worked with the director of design & brand management to design event flyers, business cards, internal and external mailers, RFPs and anything else asked of our team. Completed tasks to improve functionality like organizing file systems and creating templates to ensure future streamlined design.
Created happiness and memorable Disney experiences on and off-stage for guests and fellow cast members alike. Enthusiastically demonstrated strong communication and problem-solving skills on a daily basis, and performed at the highest quality to ensure excellent guest service.
Designed internal and external marketing materials, assisted affiliate companies with marketing materials, created RFPs that allowed for the company to obtain multi-million dollar projects, organized and created brand guidelines for future marketing needs.
Assisted Graphic with any and all projects requiring help, Designed IU libraries-branded posters, signage, name tags, buttons, icons for One.IU website portal and much more. Also performed production services for many of the IU Library and affiliate event and museum marketing and design needs.
Designed internal and external marketing materials, assisted the Brand Manager with any projects, created logos and design elements, designed launch websites and edited website information and format, and curated social media presence.
Worked with the Creative Director to create brochures and pamphlets, add and edit content to the sitefinity website, design logos, and curate social media presence.
Started attending Purdue University in 2013, then transferred at the end of my sophomore year to Indiana University for a more focused arts degree from a liberal arts college. Graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelors of Arts degree in graphic design in 2018.
